Everything was brand-new during our 4-night stay. the room had convenient amenities like an electronic key card, flat-screen TV, and a writing table. - the location was fantastic, right next to Otto's restaurant and close to the tram stop, Warnemuende, Rostock's city center, the central station.

Quite comfortable experience there. Breakfast with complimentary coffee machine. Excellent hotel employees all round. Excellent unbeatable location, near the tram station. Based adjacent to great public transport connections as well as Close to supermarkets.

This place has a great and convenient location close to all the attractions with easy access to public transport and a supermarket nearby.

The best and unbeatable spot so close to the tram station, by walking, and supermarket. Also, to S-Bahn...

The hotel is conveniently located near the riverside, nice for a pleasant walk to the city center. Our room was clean and tidy, with a spacious and excellent TV. We were actually surprised by the free Wi-Fi and coffee. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The parking policy was a bit inconvenient, as we couldn't be sure if there would be a space available until we arrived. This may pose difficulties for older guests or those with heavy luggage.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the tram and Sbahn, which made it simple to reach important locations. The hotel's structure was clean and new, and the complimentary coffee and tea during reception hours provided an added comfort.

Some aspects of my stay were not satisfactory. I was unhappy with the unhelpful and unpleasant staff, who failed to reserve a bike and parking space for me despite my requests.

The hotel was quite convenient as it was directly connected with the tram and within walking distance to the Sbahn train station. This made it super easy to get to the town and the beach. the hotel structure was quite decent and mostly clean.

Some aspects of the hotel management during my xmas stay. the front desk staff was not knowledgeable and seemed under, schooled, they even charged my credit card without consent which resulted in overdraft costs.
